These Terms of Service apply when you access bogerpets.com or purchase products from Boger Pets. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked at checkout.

1. About Boger Pets

Boger Pets curates, evaluates and combines selected products supplied by third-party partners, including HiDREAM. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these products are not represented as designed or manufactured by Boger Pets.

2. Online store terms

You must provide accurate, current and complete information when placing an order. You must not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity, interfere with its security, or infringe the rights of Boger Pets or another person.

3. Product information

We aim to present product descriptions, colours, measurements, images and pricing accurately. Displays and photography can vary from the physical product. Size guidance is informational and does not guarantee fit. Please measure your dog and review the product information before ordering.

4. Orders and availability

An order is not accepted until payment is authorised and we issue an order confirmation. We may cancel or limit an order where stock is unavailable, payment cannot be processed, information appears incorrect or fraudulent, or fulfilment is not reasonably possible. If we cancel a paid order, we will provide an appropriate refund.

5. Prices, taxes and duties

Prices are displayed in the currency selected for the applicable market. Taxes, duties, import charges and shipping costs, where applicable, are disclosed at checkout or handled as described in our Shipping Policy. Customers are responsible for information required for lawful customs clearance.

6. Shipping and delivery

Shipping destinations, methods and charges are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are estimates and can be affected by customs, carriers, weather and other events outside our reasonable control. Your mandatory rights for delayed or undelivered orders are not excluded.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds, damaged items and cancellations are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

8. Intellectual property

Website text, branding, page design and other content owned or licensed by Boger Pets may not be copied, sold, republished or commercially exploited without permission. Third-party product names, logos and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Third-party services

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Payment providers, carriers, fulfilment partners and other third parties may process information or provide services needed to complete an order. Their own terms and privacy policies may also apply.

10. Consumer guarantees and disclaimers

Products and services are provided subject to all mandatory consumer guarantees. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not make additional warranties beyond those expressly stated on the website. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boger Pets is not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. This limitation does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be limited.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to Boger Pets and the transaction. Customers retain any mandatory rights available in their country, state, province or territory. Disputes may be brought before any court or authority that has mandatory jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on this page. Changes apply from the stated effective date and do not remove rights already attached to an existing order.
